Sector 17 (C17)

  1. Frequency
    1. Salt Lake City Center 126.850
  2. Airspace
    1. Airspace extends from FL240 up to and including FL600 as shown on the airspace diagram.
  3. Procedures
    1. IFR arrivals to all airports will be issued a pilot’s discretion descent to FL240.
  4. Handoff Procedures
    1. S56 area arrivals will be handed off to Sector 07 (C07).
    2. All other arrivals will be handed off to Sector 19 (C19).

Sector 20 (C20)

  1. Frequency
    1. Salt Lake City Center 119.750
  2. Airspace
    1. Airspace extends from FL240 up to and including FL600 as shown on the airspace diagram.
  3. Procedures
    1. IFR arrivals to all airports will be issued a pilot’s discretion descent to FL240.
  4. Handoff Procedures
    1. S56 area arrivals will be handed off to Sector 07 (C07).
    2. BOI, TWF, and MUO area arrivals will be handed off to Sector 31 (C31).
    3. All other arrivals will be handed off to Sector 19 (C19).

Sector 33 (C33)

  1. Frequency
    1. Salt Lake City Center 120.275
  2. Airspace
    1. Airspace extends from FL240 up to and including FL600 as shown on the airspace diagram.
  3. Procedures
    1. IFR arrivals to all airports will be issued a pilot’s discretion descent to FL240.
  4. Handoff Procedures
    1. All arrivals will be handed off to Sector 44 (C44).

Sector 42 (C42)

  1. Frequency
    1. Salt Lake City Center 128.725
  2. Airspace
    1. Airspace extends from FL240 up to and including FL600 as shown on the airspace diagram.
  3. Procedures
    1. IFR arrivals to all airports will be issued a pilot’s discretion descent to FL240.
  4. Handoff Procedures
    1. All arrivals will be handed off to Sector 43 (C43).

Sector 07 (C07)

  1. Frequency
    1. Salt Lake City Center 127.700
  2. Airspace
    1. Airspace extends from SFC up to and including FL230 as shown on the airspace diagram.
    2. Provide Departure/Approach services for Idaho Falls (IDA) and Pocatello (PIH) airports.
  3. Procedures
    1. S56 (South Operations)
      1. SKEES and BEARR STAR arrivals shall be issued 16,000 at BEARR.
      2. NORDK and LHO STAR arrivals shall be issued 15,000 at CARTR.
      3. All other S56 area arrivals shall be issued 12,000.
    2. S56 (North Operations)
      1. SKEES and BEARR STAR arrivals shall be issued 17,000 at BEARR.
      2. NORDK and LHO STAR arrivals shall be issued FL190 at CARTR.
      3. All other S56 area arrivals shall be issued 12,000.
  4. Handoff Procedures
    1. S56 area arrivals (Above 9,000) will be handed off to BEAR.
    2. S56 area arrivals (9,000 and below) will be handed off to GUNNISON.
    3. S56 area arrivals from the northeast will be handed off to LAKE.

Sector 19 (C19)

  1. Frequency
    1. Salt Lake City Center 133.400
  2. Airspace
    1. Airspace extends from SFC up to and including FL230 as shown on the airspace diagram.
    2. Provide Departure/Approach services for Glacier Park (GPI) airport.
  3. Procedures
    1. BIL (All Operations)
      1. BGHRN, CRAZI, KUSTR, and YLSTN STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival.
      2. All other BIL area arrivals shall be issued 17,000.
    2. GTF, HLN, and MSO area arrivals shall be issued 14,000.
  4. Handoff Procedures
    1. BIL area arrivals (N of BIL) will be handed off to BIL RN.
    2. BIL area arrivals (S of BIL) will be handed off to BIL RS.
    3. GTF area arrivals will be handed off to GTF AP.
    4. HLN area arrivals will be handed off to HLN AP.
    5. MSO area arrivals will be handed off to MSO AP.

Sector 31 (C31)

  1. Frequency
    1. Salt Lake City Center 118.050
  2. Airspace
    1. Airspace extends from SFC up to and including FL230 as shown on the airspace diagram.
    2. Provide Approach/Departure services for Friedman (SUN) airport.
  3. Procedures
    1. BOI (All Operations)
      1. BEWTE, KOURT, KYAAN, PARMO, SADYL, and SPUUD STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival.
      2. All BOI area arrivals not on a STAR shall be issued 17,000.
    2. TWF and MUO area arrivals shall be issued 14,000.
  4. Handoff Procedures
    1. BOI area arrivals (N of BOI) will be handed off to BOI RN.
    2. BOI area arrivals (S of BOI) will be handed off to BOI RN.
    3. TWF area arrivals will be handed off to TWF AP.
    4. MUO area arrivals will be handed off to MUO AP.

Sector 43 (C43)

  1. Frequency
    1. Salt Lake City Center 132.250
  2. Airspace
    1. Airspace extends from SFC up to and including FL230 as shown on the airspace diagram.
  3. Procedures
    1. SLC (All Operations)
      1. WAATS and BVL STAR arrivals shall be issued 17,000 at KNOLE.
      2. All other S56 area arrivals shall be issued 12,000.
  4. Handoff Procedures
    1. S56 area arrivals (N of SLC) will be handed off to GUNNISON.
    2. S56 area arrivals (S of SLC) will be handed off to STOCKTON.

Sector 44 (C44)

  1. Frequency
    1. Salt Lake City Center 125.570
  2. Airspace
    1. Airspace extends from SFC up to and including FL230 as shown on the airspace diagram.
  3. Procedures
    1. SLC (South Operations)
      1. DELTA and JAMMN STAR arrivals shall be issued 17,000 at JAMMN.
      2. LEEHY and SPANE STAR arrivals shall be issued FL190 at SPANE.
      3. All other S56 area arrivals shall be issued 12,000.
    2. SLC (North Operations)
      1. LEEHY and SPANE STAR arrivals shall be issued 16,000 at SPANE.
      2. QWENN STAR arrivals shall be issued 15,000 at FRNZY/NEEBO.
      3. All other S56 area arrivals shall be issued 12,000.
  4. Handoff Procedures
    1. S56 arrivals from the southwest will be handed off to STOCKTON.
    2. S56 arrivals from the east to south will be handed off to JORDAN.
