  2. Airspace
    1. Provide air traffic control service to aircraft within the depicted airspace up to and including 16,000
  3. IFR Procedures
    1. Boise Airport
      1. Departures
        1. All departures will be vectored to a departure gate (HYVAL, SAILL, OLAAH, VALYY, BARNR, FETHR, ROARR) or other appropriate fix.
      2. Arrivals
        NOTE: The idea is to assign the southern RWY for STARS ending on the southern side respective to KBOI. Same goes for the northern side.
        1. East Flow
          1. BEWTE STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and cleared for the RNAV Z 10R at LIBYY.
          2. KOURT STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and cleared for the RNAV Z 10R at KOLKE.
          3. KYAAN STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and cleared for the RNAV Z 10R at JIMMI.
          4. All other arrivals shall be cleared direct to BOI VOR or an appropriate IAF.
        2. West Flow
          1. BEWTE STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and cleared for the RNAV X 28L at CAMML.
          2. KOURT STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and cleared for the RNAV Z 28L at LIITL.
          3. KYAAN STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and cleared for the RNAV X 28L at CAMML.
          4. All other arrivals shall be cleared direct to BOI VOR or an appropriate IAF.

        1. East Flow
          1. SADYL STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and cleared for the RNAV Z 10R at APISE.
          2. SPUUD STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and cleared for the RNAV Z 10R at EKEME.
          3. All other arrivals shall be cleared direct to BOI VOR or an appropriate IAF.
        2. West Flow
          1. SADYL STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and cleared for the RNAV Z 28L at DIKAC.
          2. SPUUD STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and cleared for the RNAV Y 28L at CELOR..
          3. All other arrivals shall be cleared direct to BOI VOR or an appropriate IAF.
