  3. IFR Procedures
    1. West Flow
      1. Departures
        1. All departures will be vectored to the first point on their route.
      2. Arrivals
        1. BGHRN STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival:
          1. Clear for the following approaches at HRDIN:
            • RNP- RNAV Z RWY 28R
            • GPS- RNAV Y RWY 28R
        2. CRAZI STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival:
          1. Clear for the following approach at BBCAT:
            • RNP Only- RNAV Z RWY 28R
        3. KUSTR STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival:
          1. Clear for the following approaches at PILLR:
            • RNP- RNAV Z RWY 28R
            • GPS- RNAV Y RWY 28R
        4. YLSTN STAR arrivals:
          1. Clear for the following approaches at GRYZZ:
            • RNP- RNAV Z RWY 28R
            • GPS- RNAV Y RWY 28R
        5. All other arrivals shall be cleared to BIL VOR or an appropriate IAF.
    2. East Flow
      1. Departures
        1. All departures will be vectored to the first point on their route.
      2. Arrivals
        1. BGHRN STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and expect runway 10L.
        2. KUSTR STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and expect runway 10L.
        3. All other arrivals shall be cleared to BIL VOR or an appropriate IAF.

    1. West Flow
      1. Departures
        1. All departures will be vectored to the first point on their route.
      2. Arrivals
        1. CRAZI STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and expect runway 28R.
        2. YLSTN STAR arrivals shall be instructed to descend via the arrival and expect runway 28R.
        3. All other arrivals shall be cleared to BIL VOR or an appropriate IAF.
  1. East Flow
    1. Departures
      1. All departures will be vectored to the first point on their route.
    2. Arrivals
      1. BGHRN STAR arrivals shall be vectored for ILS Y OR LOC Y RWY 10L after DEHLR.
      2. CRAZI STAR arrivals:
        1. Clear for the following approaches at LRSUN:
          • GPS- RNAV RWY 10L
      3. KUSTR STAR arrivals received on a heading of 280 and shall be issued vector for runway 10L.
      4. YLSTN STAR arrivals:
        1. Clear for the following approaches at BEARE:
          • GPS- RNAV RWY 10L
